Breakfast: Vegan blueberry muffin, sugar free caramel latte, and yogurt with oats, almonds, raisins and melons.
Lunch: low sugar/ low calorie meal bar and maybe some unsweetened tea with some studying to keep my mind off food.

Got a second set of texts from the ex a couple of days ago. It irritated the fuck out of me - almost ruined my day. I told my mom and she was so mad saying, “Did he think you’d tell him you missed him too? Or that you’ve been thinking about him and want him back?”
I didn’t want to reply, but my boyfriend said I should let him know that what he did to me was wrong. So I sent him a text back saying:
“At first I didn’t want to entertain this text, but I guess I have no choice.
I don’t know what your intentions were by saying all that and frankly I don’t care. You hurt me (ex’s name) and you still don’t understand how much it affected me. It took you like what 6 months to apologize? Damn. Well it’s time to move on with your life and that’s the umpteenth and last time I’m gna tell you. I’ve moved on and I’m focusing on me. Stop thinking of what we used to be and get over it.”
